Return Details:

If you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange, please contact us by email in 30 days after you received the items, our email address: info@achairextensions.com

Please send order details and pictures of the hair extensions to us when you decide to make exchange or return.

Exchange can be done for free in the same style. If you want to exchange for a different style, we require you to pay the price difference if applicable.

There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchanges, but you need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions for return and sending .  If there is a problem with your product, we will provide a full refund.

As for all customized products( which showed 2-3 weeks produce ), there will be 20% restocking fee and plus shipping cost for return and sending . After we confirm your exchange or return request, you can send the product back.

In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension, please contact us before sending it back. We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without following our exchange procedure.

This promise is applied for all hair extensions in online store, and does not include any customized hair extensions. Please make sure merchandise is returned in new condition, unused, unstyled, uncut and in its original packaging.

If color is wrong , most clients keep hair extensions and simply tone or color the extensions . All extensions blend well even if they are 2-3 shades different from your own as this will create a multi-tonal color effect. If color does not work for you , we suggest you have your hairstylist color the extensions for a faster turn around .

Free Cancellations:

We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us within:

  • Please contact us within 6 hours after your payment is processed.
  • For customized orders, please contact us within 12 hours after your payment is processed.
  • Overdue returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to customize hair extension orders.
